Our system, patented in 1992, can be set up and removal very rapidly. By contrast with the tensioned system, and through the functioning of our fixing "T" profiles, material is automatically concentrated in the actual screening area and prevented from moving between two panels.

The modular system is equiped with interchangeable panels (generally 300 x 100) where the screening area is likely wear (which means that individual panels and not the whole screening area can be changed). Time and money are thus saved as the damaged panels alone can be quickly changed.


Wear and tear on the fixing hooks is reduced by covering their folding base with polyurethane.

Polyurethane and rubber screening media are generally used when abrasion levels are very high and when particular importance is attached to the lifetime of the product. Our polyurethane plant is equipped with the most modern production facilities and uses the best polymers in order to ensure long serving, high-performance products.

Given the importance of screening cloth thickness and of the gaps in the mesh, the use of steel screens is recommended should you encounter clogging or plugging problems.
