These sheets are formed from a solid sheet. The holes (meshes) are then created by a perforating, punching, flame, laser, plasma or water jet cutting technique.
They can be equipped with tension hooks or mounting holes for bolting onto frames. They can be supplied pre-curved or flat but also curved in several sectors to make cylindrical shells to equip trommels.
R 250, CR 321 and CR 4000 are regularly-used abrasion-resistant steels. The steel grades (soft, abrasion-resistant, stainless steel), thickness and shape of the holes may vary depending on the use.
GIRON has a wide range of meshes (W) to match the needs of its customers.
Standard range : (for any another dimension, please contact us)
- Meshes : 5 mm ≤ W ≤ 130 mm
- Thickness : 2 mm ≤ e ≤ 15 mm
- Hole: square, rectangular, round, hexagonal
