The development of Giron in North America
Our screening company had the ambition to export its expertise to North America, and this has now been achieved. Indeed, Giron participated in First Mining Showorganized in Toronto oneer as of March 4, 2026. This PDAC World Convention brought together large companies specializing in Mining exploration and exploitationGiron was able to showcase its expertise in screening, meet with the North American industrial elite, and develop new partnerships. In parallel with the show, we indeed responded to the call of Canadian companies in the field of "Careers & Aggregate ExtractionHow much does it cost to send a letter to the United States?» requesting our screening expertise to solve their process challenges.

For several years, Giron has also been involved withlocal associations and businesses in order to energize and promote the socio-economic fabricMost recent, theBATISOL companylocated on our street. With a strong commitment to support youth and to give a boost to their projects, this year, we are supporting Matteo CHATILLON – son of the CEO of BATISOL – and Maxence CORNUAU, two car racers who have just won the second Rally of Vienne on March 7th. We are supporting them today in their new project: their participation in Rally2 World ChampionshipThey will come to Giron to present their car, their discipline, and their challenge, a great opportunity to celebrate their victory during a friendly exchange with all our employees.
The machine park renewal continues.
For 3 years, Giron has launched a major Annual Investment Plan for the renewal of its machine park, and more particularly the loomsused in the manufacture of our screening clothsHowever, Giron is distinguished by what could be called self-sufficiency in its means of production. Indeed, we design and manufacture our own machines and ensure their maintenance thanks to a dedicated internal team. Mechanics, electricians, and hydraulic technicians represent 10 % of our total workforce. Their mission: to keep our production equipment at the cutting edge of technology and favor innovation to reduce maintenance and development costs.
In addition to concerns about productivity, the Working conditions and the safety The well-being of our staff is a major concern at Giron. Therefore, our team of specialists also works on workstation ergonomics, workshop layout, and the efficiency of our tools to make their tasks easier and reduce the arduousness of certain operations.
Quality of Life at Work, a stated desire of Giron
Following an investigation conducted in late 2025 by industrial-organizational psychologists, we were able to identify the most important areas for our staff, namely the need for support, whether in terms of communication to give meaning to work, the feeling of being heard, and recognition for the quality of work accomplished. Giron, keen to meet these expectations, has decided to implement several initiatives this year. Reflection workshops to propose actions that are both satisfying for our employees and adaptable to our industrial and commercial constraints.
Far from stopping there, Giron is calling in parallel to CEDEC cabinet Since the end of January, always with the goal of improving the company's overall management. The work done with one of their consultants will help define and implement a better monitoring tool, as well as Performance indicators and principles of communication among teams... All of these actions will contribute to improving the daily lives of our employees, as well as our working methods and operating rules, with the sole aim of acting together to maintain and develop our activities in the region, but also to make our work a source of pride.
