Clogging or pegging problem

Clogging : obstruction of meshes due to the humidity of product fines in the case of a “dry” screening.
Pegging : elements remaining stuck in the meshes of a cloth with or without washing.
On a base to be equipped with a “classic” steel wire cloth:
- Switch to anti-clogging cloths
- Switch to rectangular meshes
On a base to be equipped with a polyurethane woven wire cloth:
- Switch to high permeability cloths
- Switch to rectangular meshes
