This year, we have entered a decisive phase for our company, whether in terms of production, human resources management or simplifying the daily lives of our employees. We are continuing to meet the challenges of our time, and to face up to the new demands of our industry thanks to digital technology.
Deploying new digital tools
At the service of production
Our company has a long tradition of customizing products for our customers. No mass production here! However, this specificity forces us to be constantly adaptable and to keep a close watch on our production processes.
With this in mind, this year we equipped ourselves with a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and digital tools adapted to our business sector. Among other things, this "digital revolution" enables us to:
- to be as close as possible to the realities of our production
- more detailed knowledge of our production costs
- carry out ever more constructive analysis to better meet our customers' needs.
The deployment of these digital tools, for example, enables production data to be captured in near-real time. At each stage of production, teams scan the barcode of the product being manufactured to track the progress of each file in detail. Gathering information, analyzing and optimizing processes with a single goal in mind: to improve the monitoring of production. and customer satisfaction.
Optimizing human resources management
Digital solutions for human resources are also currently being deployed within the company, and will be fully operational early next year. The Kelio Pro solution centralizes data management for our employees throughout their career with the company. In particular, this software is used to monitor employee training and internal development, as well as to manage working hours, access rights and schedules.
The Quick MS interface allows the HR department to benefit from a true digital assistant. It makes it easier to track the indicators that are essential for good employee management and for complying with our legal obligations. This software automates and digitizes the creation and publication of mandatory company reports, such as the professional equality index and the social balance sheet.
Simplifying everyday life for employees
We also decided to put HR access terminals available to all our employees. They can consult documents relating to their life in the company and carry out all administrative formalities: requests for leave, absences or training, details of professional interviews, etc. This approach, aimed at "zero paper is based on a dual objective: to reduce the use of paper as much as possible, and to simplify the daily lives of our employees. Our employees now also have access to a mobile application, enabling them to carry out all their requests remotely.
