CSR AT GIRON

Our approach

The success and future of the GIRON Group are based on a voluntary approach and commitments in terms of social and environmental responsibility.

Our aim is to encourage the deployment of CSR principles among all our stakeholders (employees, suppliers, subcontractors, customers), based on a logic of continuous improvement.

For many years now, a wide range of initiatives, both internal and external, have been implemented to promote a positive impact on the three major pillars of CSR:

  • Environnement : Reducing our carbon footprint, developing ecological solutions and promoting the circular economy.
  • Social : Providing a quality working environment, promoting diversity and supporting local communities.
  • Economy : Ensure our economic sustainability, create value for our customers and perpetuate our know-how, enhanced by our patents and labels.

What is CSR?

Visit Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to companies' commitment to integrating social, environmental and economic issues at the heart of their activities.

This means reducing environmental impact, improving working conditions and actively contributing to community well-being.

The aim of CSR is to reconcile economic performance with respect for ethical values, paving the way for a more responsible and respectful future.
